In my opinion, the easiest way to get a student...is my way...muhaha. First, start out by being the new players’ friend. I laugh LAND OF CHAOS Gold when people run straight up to a person and say "CAN I BE YOUR TEACHER?" and the student just ignores them and walks away.

Be their friend before asking them to be your student, start by walking up to them and starting a conversation. Try something like, hey what's up, or what level are you, maybe even how do you like the game so far?

Once they are talking to you, don't ask them to be your student already, ask them if they have a teacher, and be polite, don't type in all caps "WILL YOU BE MY STUDENT?" they will probably think you are yelling at them.

If they don't have a teacher, ask them if they would like one. At this time, they usually ask what a teacher does, what they get, or what the benefits are from being ones' student.

Don't tell them right away that they get free 20k at level 16; they don't even know what 20k can buy them yet. Instead, be friendly, and tell them the minor benefits first (ie. full g8 armor).
